Put those duck bones to use in a congee!

Add bones to a large pot full of 5L water, 1 quart rice, ginger, sake/mirin and cook on medium heat, with lid ajar, for 2 hours. Add sea salt to personal preferability and then garnish with soy eggs, kimchi, chili crisp and other toppings of your choice e.g. scallion, pickles. Enjoy!
