One of the most popular menu items at the restaurant, can now be made in the comfort of your own home! We have sourced an excellent, dry knife-cut noodle made in Taiwan. The sauces and toppings are super easy to put together, so you’ll have dinner ready in less than 5 minutes!

kit contains:

dry knife cut noodles, shiitake and oyster mushrooms cooked in sherry and tamari, “noodle sauce”, umami xo, scallion, fried shallots

ingredients: flour, oyster and shiitake mushrooms, soy, sesame, shiitake, chili, garlic, shallots, scallion, thai chili

(similar to our Biang Biang noodles in re: all the ingredients, just the noodles are a Taiwanese brand—think paparadelle—that is dried. Cook noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes until translucent. Add all the other toppings as you like. Pork can be microwaved or reheated on stove top in a pan)
